Virtual Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a heat-building aerobic yoga where postures are linked one to the next with motion and breath to build strength, balance, and concentration, while reducing stress and preparing one for deeper meditative practice. Most poses are held for 5 to 8 breaths, expect a balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels of student are welcome to join us in finding a better state of flow! Meeting on Zoom Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, 18+
