William ‘Bill’ Krenz is an Administrative Associate working in the Department of Nursing at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. In this role, he supports the Community Outreach and Education and Professional Development nursing directors. He is also co-lead of the LGBT & Allies Affinity Network Resource Group for the medical center.
An IT industry veteran with more than 32 years of experience, Bill took an early-retirement option in 2012 from The Hewlett Packard Company. He has a successful track record of helping clients and corporate teams overcome obstacles to successfully implement information technology product solutions. During his time as a Manager and Project Manager, Bill coordinated with teams around the globe and his work took him to New York City for a few years, as well as various cities in the U.S. and international locations, including Sydney, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining the Alder Health Services board of directors, Bill served on the board of the Central Pennsylvania Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce for eight years, acting as the PR/Marketing Chairman and also as Board Secretary.
