Erica Springer, DNP, CRNP, WHNP-BC is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner at Alder Health Services. She brings extensive clinical experience in women’s health, gynecology, sexual and reproductive health for people of all genders with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and health equity.  

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Springer is an Assistant Clinical Professor and the Director of the Women’s Health and Gender-Related Nurse Practitioner Program at Drexel University. Her philosophy of care centered on empowering individuals to prioritize their health and self-care through education, shared decision-making, and compassionate, affirming care. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their healthcare choices.
