It is a safe and supportive space where individuals can care for themselves beyond their physical well-being. Class topics are diverse, ranging from yoga and meditation to financial literacy, and nutrition. We see wellness as broad and holistic, rather than just a chance to flex! Whether you like to lift weights, learn new things, or participate in group activities or group classes, the Wellness Center has something for you! Alder Health Services offers compassionate case management to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in South Central Pennsylvania. Our medical Case Managers help clients understand and access the many resources available to them. Our services are offered to anyone living with HIV that resides in any of the following counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, and York. We will assess your needs, and help you determine the best plan to address those concerns. Whether you need us on a short-term or long-term basis, we’ll be here for you
